UK AI Readability 2027

The 2027 edition of the Crane Index™ is pinned to the scan scheduled for 1 January 2027. Until that scan lands, this page states no 2027 figure, because none has been measured. The latest measured edition is UK AI Readability 2026, pinned to the scan of 1 October 2026.

What it will publish. When the scan lands, this page becomes the 2027 benchmark: every industry ranked, every organisation named and scored on the three reads, and the full field to download under CC BY 4.0. How the score is built is set out in the methodology.

The industries it re-measures

The scan scheduled for 1 January 2027 re-measures the industries benchmarked in 2026. Each links to its 2026 edition, whose figures stay fixed to 1 October 2026.
