Demand you create.
Senior-led Facebook advertising from a Meta Certified Media Buying Professional, with the Conversions API wired so Meta's campaigns learn from your sales rather than from clicks.
Reach is easy. Return is harder.
Facebook will spend any budget it is given, and its dashboard will report results for all of it. The question for the business is narrower: which sales and enquiries would not have happened without the ad. Accounts that never ask it tend to scale the campaigns that claim the most rather than the ones that add the most.
The work starts with measurement Meta can learn from. The Meta Pixel plus the Conversions API, which sends sales and qualified leads from your server or CRM with the visitor's consent, gives Meta's automated campaigns, branded Advantage+, a truer picture of what a customer is worth. Creative is then tested deliberately, because with broad audiences the ad itself does much of the targeting.
What a Facebook advertising engagement covers.
- Account and campaign structure in Meta Ads Manager
- Meta Pixel and Conversions API
- Advantage+ sales and lead campaigns
- Threads placement, kept or switched off on its own results
- Creative testing and a refresh plan
- Lead ads with CRM follow-through
- Catalogue and dynamic product ads
- Holdout testing, where volume allows
- Consent-aware tracking
Read against your own numbers.
Facebook and Instagram are bought through the same Meta account, so they are planned together and judged together. One senior operator sets the structure, briefs and reviews the creative, and reads the results against what your own systems record.
Meta's reported results are treated as Meta's view of events. Sales are reconciled against your shop or CRM, and where the volume allows, a holdout test, which withholds ads from a sample of people, measures what the ads genuinely add.

Facebook Ads questions.
Do Facebook ads still work after Apple's privacy changes?
They can, with better measurement. Apple's tracking changes reduced what the Meta Pixel can see in the browser, which is why the Conversions API matters: it sends conversions from your server, with the visitor's consent, so Meta's campaigns still learn from real outcomes.
Should we use Advantage+ campaigns?
Often, once the inputs are right. Advantage+ automates audience and placement choices, so it is only as good as the conversion data and creative it is given. It is tested against a manual structure on your account's own numbers before budget moves.
Do our Meta ads run on Threads?
They can. Meta began showing ads to Threads users worldwide in late January 2026, and the Threads placement is switched on by default in new campaigns. If your campaigns use Advantage+ placements, some spend may already reach Threads, so its results are read separately and the placement kept or switched off on that evidence.
Can Facebook leads go straight into our CRM?
Yes. Lead ads can pass each enquiry into your CRM as it arrives, and the outcome of each lead can be sent back to Meta, so campaigns are tuned to the leads that become customers.
One budget, every platform.
Each platform is run inside one paid media plan, held by the same senior practitioner, so budget moves to wherever a customer is won most profitably. How the paid media practice works.
Start with a conversation.
A proper conversation with the person who would do the work. Tell me what you run on Facebook Ads today, or are thinking of starting, and you will get an honest read on what I would change, what I would leave alone, and where the real upside is.
Speak with NicThe senior read,
once a week.
Most marketing newsletters are noise on a schedule. This is not that. Once a week I send a short, considered read on the shifts that actually change what you should do, across the AI shift, PPC, technical SEO and analytics. Filtered, weighted and signed off by me before it goes out. The judgement is mine, and now you can hear every edition in my own voice.
